I am the wife of a hard-working rancher and mother of three grown children. I entered the healthcare profession as a radiology technologist over 25 years ago. Soon after, I specialized in breast imaging and eventually became a mammography educator and consultant. My work as a consultant has taken me north of the arctic circle, across the border to Canada, to multiple states in America and abroad to the Middle East.

It was through my work as an educator and consultant, along with the time spent helping care for individuals in a clinical healthcare setting that I first began to learn the value of workplace engagement and finding purpose in the work I was doing. In 2022, I collaborated with Floyd Consulting and became a Certified Dream Manager Coach because I wanted to do something valuable to help ignite energy and enthusiasm back into the workforce.
